One of the most valued lessons for us to learn is that we have choices. Example:

You choose to visit this website. You can choose to work with the information found here or simply click and go elsewhere.

There are many scenarios one can choose from to gain spiritual knowledge and enlightenment. The awareness of having choices in our life will help bring us our best opportunities.

When we are willing to emerge ourselves in learning to think a new and profound way, we will obtain spectacular results. We have to PAY ATTENTION TO OUR CHOICES to build a pattern of success. We will see this success in motion by the way we feel and the results we see.

A journal kept specifically for this purpose will allow you to watch these new patterns develop and be a reminder of your exciting demonstrations. Otherwise, they will be fleeting episodes like a dream and you may lose the continued and concentrated efforts you have so diligently cultivated. Journaling will build your consciousness and your conviction.

Changes come sometimes very dramatically and at other times they might be very subtle.

We often realize it in our thinking, attitude and behavior. We will reach a time when we realize we have everything we need to know already within ourselves and the key to unlock these treasures, we already own.

EXERCISES: (SKILL BUILDERS)

1. Choose a method of keeping a journal to keep track of your results. You can use a notebook, computer file, or a DayTimer. These notes should be kept together.

2. Make a list of ten positive choices you have made recently.

3. Make a list of ten positive choices you plan to make this week.

4. Make a list of ten positive choices that have made a major difference in your life.

5. List the feelings you had when making these choices and why.
